Jessica had a reading week in February. Jessica is in the middle of her master's degree at the School for International Training. But instead of reading, she insisted we take a Vermonty vacation and go to Burlington. It's not a long way away, roughly 2.5 hours, and Ben & Jerry's Homemade Ice Cream just happened to be on the way. Of course we stopped for a visit. We took a tour of the factory, sampled some Hanna Teeter's Maple Blondie ice cream, and got some ice cream cones. The best part of the tour was the flavor graveyard, where discontinued flavors are laid to rest.

Green with envy :) I adore Ben & Jerrys ice cream and I have heard VT is actually quite a pretty state.
